We currently service our customers with regional sales reps, and 12 warehouse locations: 8 in Ontario, Canada, and 4 in New York State. Ontario customers can buy at our online store, at prices arranged with their Sales Rep, on their CDS account.

We are your “One Stop Sealant Specialists.” We distribute top sealant brands, including Tremco, G.E., Sika/Sternson, Sonneborn and many others. We are Tremco’s largest North American construction distributor. Our restoration, waterproofing and specialized roofing materials lines include Sika/Sternson, Chemrex (which includes Sonneborn, Thoro, Thoroc and Hydrozo), Bakor, Grace Construction Products and many ancillary lines.

Our subsidiary, Discounter’s Pool & Spa Warehouse is a retail/wholesale swimming pool and spa supplier. Catering to residential, commercial and pool service customers with name brand products at warehouse prices; 7 of our Canadian CDS locations are twinned with a Discounter’s Pool & Spa Warehouse retail store. We carry a full line of chemicals, solar covers, winter covers and safety covers, pumps, filters, heaters, pool cleaners as well as many pool toys and safety items.
